No specific results are guaranteed from participation in any coaching program.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared within the programs will be treated with respect and kept confidential, except as required by law. Participants are encouraged to respect the confidentiality of others in group programs by not sharing personal details or stories discussed within the sessions outside of the group.

Participant Conduct

Digital Rabbi Ltd aims to foster a positive and respectful environment. Participants are expected to engage with respect, honesty, and integrity. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program at the discretion of Digital Rabbi Ltd.

Content Usage Consent

By participating in Digital Rabbi Ltd coaching programs, you grant permission for Digital Rabbi Ltd to use audio and video recordings of sessions for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts and podcast episodes. Group session recordings may be uploaded as unlisted links (e.g., on YouTube), shared exclusively with program participants. Recordings will not be publicly accessible in their entirety. All recordings will be handled with care to respect participant privacy. Identifying information will not be shared without explicit consent. Participants may request specific portions of their contributions to remain private by notifying Digital Rabbi Ltd in advance.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources shared within Digital Rabbi Ltd coaching programs, including but not limited to worksheets, frameworks, and presentation slides, are the intellectual property of Digital Rabbi Ltd. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit permission.

Participation Waiver

By choosing to participate in any Digital Rabbi Ltd coaching program, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in the program and accept full responsibility for their own well-being throughout their involvement. Participation is intended to be supportive, but participants should only engage within their personal comfort levels.
